About Us
Founded in 2018, El Sushi is a leading provider of full-service sushi in the Latin grocery industry. We own and operate over full-service sushi kiosks in California, USA. Our products, including cooked and raw sushi, chef favorites, appetizers, and party platters, and drinks, has taken sushi to one of popular foods. Providing high end restaurant quality but with grab-n-go convenience in our customer’s own neighborhoods.
Our sushi station and kiosk model is unique. We’ve helped our retail partners ride the rising trend of sushi’s popularity with kiosks in visible, high traffic areas of their stores.
Our Mission
To lead and broadcast Grab and Go sushi in all retails locations by placing our customers prior, to share value with our partners, and to provide special choices experience that are affordable and fresh.

- Planning to open the additional 30 sushi stations and kiosks in 2022.
- By 2024, it is planned to open the additional 30 stations and kiosks.
- From 2023, it is planned to expand to the out of California (Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, etc)
- By 2027, It is planned to open 500 stores nationwide.
- Central Kitchen System will be set up for the better quality and more quantity.
